Designed to compliment the architecture of the old Jeżyce district of Poznań with sculptural façades and subtle, pastel colouring, these residential buildings   develop the area between Mylna, Poznańska and Jeżycka streets. Basement holds underground parking, while the inside of the quarter has been furnished with greenery and street furniture. The development compliments the Art Nouveau architecture of Jeżyce, and is characterized by its rippling façade that distracts from uneven ground and stepped layout of the surroundings.
