Osiedle Rozana is located at Różana street in Wilda. It consists of three five-storey, modern buildings and one revitalized two-storey building with a historic, refreshed façade of yellow clinker brick. The tenement house, which was renovated by Ataner, was built in 1906. Thanks to this, we managed to keep a fragment of the history.

The buildings with contemporary architecture have been incorporated into the Art Nouveau historic buildings adjacent to the center, the northern part of the Wilda district. Under the estate there is a two-level underground garage. Between the buildings there is a green courtyard with a playground for children. On the ground floors of buildings directly at Różana street there are shops. The estate is monitored with a security.
