Towarowa 39 is the tallest residential building in Poznań and 4th modern facility building built by Ataner at Towarowa. Located right next to the park of Karol Marcinkowski, in the very centre of Poznań. The facility is divided into a residential and an office part. There are service premises on the ground floor.
