The last apartments at Polanka 2 estate were put into use in 2008, and the development follows the assumptions for Polanka 1. The estate has 1100 apatments in several smaller complexes, all with their own underground parking and services and retail venues on the ground floor of some buildings. Certain common areas are only accessible for tenants, with cosy playgrounds, landscaping and street furniture. Designed for recreation with a fountain and clock, the inner courtyard, is a place for tenant integration. The development’s attractive location is a major asset, with the Malta lake and shopping mall in close proximity.
