Property manager information

Ataner commissioned its first realization in 1992, and started offering property management services at the same time.

Over the last 30 years we have taken over management of 70 tenant associations, and are  currently managing three office blocks and a shopping gallery with an office floor.

We only work on properties we have constructed ourselves, which gives us full knowledge of the building, its materials, installations and technology. Close cooperation between investor’s employees and administration allow us to negotiate for great warranty terms and service agreements and quickly remove any malfunctions or breakdowns.

We meet our Clients as early as contract signing, and we are open to any suggestions about our properties.
