    These buildings are a prime example of compromise in architecture. Raised where Kopernika estate meets terraced houses of the Grunwald district, at the intersection of 3 streets, they were designed on a triangular plan. An adjacent, V-shaped row of multi-family buildings is closed with terraced houses. At the centre of the complex lies a green square, a place where tenants can mingle and rest.
