This distinctive building based on an arched structure holds 91 apartments and venues with overall surface of 5,600 m2. Parking can hold up to 50 cars, while one staircase has a panoramic lift. The building’s nickname – the Batman - was inspired by its black clinker façade on Słowiańska street, refinished in grey in 2011. In the courtyard, the bright façade and interesting balcony arrangement are a nice surprise.
